Soup of the Day (v)

Chicken – confit chicken leg ballontine, carrot, tarragon, brioche

Mackerel – pan fried fillet, chard cucumber, pickled dill and cucumber skin purée

Plaice – deep fried plaice goujons, garlic aioli

Cod – pan fried cod cheeks, textures of cauliflower, chorizo

Ham Hock and Chips – ham hock ballontine, quail egg, potato string

Main Courses

Roast Chicken – roast chicken, roast potatoes, red wine jus

Hake – grilled hake, parsley crust, new potatoes, cavolo nero

Duck – honey roasted breast, bulgar wheat, celeriac, compressed fig, pak choi

Lentils (v) – braised puy lentils, glazed salsify, tender-stem broccoli, cabernet sauvignon vinegar

John Dory – grilled supreme, clams, tender-stem broccoli, curry sauce, apple, hazelnut, potato

All main courses are served with Chef’s selection of vegetables

Posset – blood orange posset, clementine, coulis, almond snap

Rhubarb – rhubarb clafoutis, textures of rhubarb, lemon gel, meringue, ginger crumb and sorbet
